Subscription Policy

    1. Billing Cycles

    Helpisto offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Your subscription begins on the date you complete your purchase and continues for the selected billing period.

    • Monthly billing: You will be charged on the same date each month (e.g., if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month).
    • Yearly billing: You receive a 20% discount and are billed once per year on your subscription anniversary date.

    2. Payment Methods

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    • Debit cards
    • Stripe secure checkout

    All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

    3. Plan Changes

    Upgrades

    When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and then the full new plan amount at the start of your next billing cycle.

    Downgrades

    When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan (including Free), your current plan benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. The downgraded plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

    • Enterprise → Pro or Free: You retain Enterprise features until your billing period ends.
    • Pro → Free: You retain Pro features until your billing period ends.

    4. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

    • Your current plan benefits remain active until the end of your paid billing period.
    • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
    • After your paid period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

    To cancel, navigate to User Dashboard → Subscription → Downgrade to Free.

    5. Refunds

    Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not provide refunds for:

    • Partial months or billing periods
    • Unused features or services
    • Subscription time remaining after cancellation

    However, we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. Please contact our support team if you believe you qualify for a refund.

    6. Data Retention

    Upon cancellation or downgrade:

    • Your account data (conversations, settings, training data) is retained for 30 days.
    • After 30 days, data exceeding Free plan limits may be archived or deleted.
    • You can export your data at any time from your dashboard settings.

    If you resubscribe within the 30-day period, your full data will be restored.
